Parents: both muggles from the lowest part of society. David is raised in a trailer park and his parents never understood the whole magic thing.

About Character(most is up to you, just wanted to make a small thing about their relationship):
During his Hogwarts time, David was kind of slacking. He was passing but got average grades nothing special. Despite that David always had been quite smart and clever. Always has he had younger students who he got things done for him. David used to live for mischief and often got into trouble. In his fifth year he came across the little wallflower that was Pepijn. At first David saw the younger boy as an easy target to get help him with his plans but the more the two hang out, they grew closer.
Despite that Davy was the reason why Pepijn started smoking and drinking at an early age, they were very loyal friends. Often David talked the younger boy into things and together they formed a trouble duo but barely got caught because people would never suspect the innocent Pepijn. Until now Davy has tried to help his friend with his stuttering and with the girls.
During the war, Pepijn had created a fake identity for David that said that they were brothers. Pep’s mother supported this and played along. This was all to keep him save from the Death Eaters.
After David left Hogwarts, the boy started a then still innocent gang. Naming Pepijn his right hand, he often tried to persuade the younger boy to leave school so they could be together. Pepijn could not see that the intentions of his dear friend grew darker with the day. As the deeds began to grow darker, he was pulled along with it. Scared of what could happen, he still remained quiet. Still he could not see the criminal part of it, which David kept away from him. Lately David notices that Pepijn is a little distracted( he doesn’t know about Pep’s relationship with Jason).
There is also a slight chance that both young men join the order after they find out about the return of the Death Eaters

Job: gang leader or maybe a bartender at a certain pub or anything which is not too high ranked
