Connor couldn't help but laugh a little bit, "You're like a modern Romeo." He smiled, shaking his head, forgetting Romeo was a muggle term. When the waitress came back with their food, she opened his mouth as if to say something, but looked as if she changed her mind when she walked away. Connor more followed the girl with his eyes, but looking back to Lucien, "That girl really wants to talk to you." He finally said turning to look at their waitress, it bothered him a little, because, well, he didn't know why. It just did.

Shrugging, he was more amused by it than bothered by it. "No, I guess not. It's just kinda funny I guess..I mean, I don't know. Guys don't like me, you know, blushing all the time..and they know what to say. I just don't know what to say and I like you, and you've got me blushing a lot, so it's just..weird but a good weird?" Connor didn't know how to explain what he was thinking but in ramble he hadn't even realized he had told Lucien he liked him.

Lucien couldn't help but chuckle. "A compliment... to be compared to the young, brave, and dashing Romeo Montague. I just hope that we don't end up like them... having to pretend to die and actually dying in the end just to be together." Lucien commented and smiled. Yes, this was all new to him but with Connor, it felt like he knew the other for a long time. Lucien didn't even have to think of what he wanted to do. With Connor just now, things just came as they did.

Then their food came and Lucien didn't even look at the waitress. When she left, Connor commented that she wanted to talk to him. "I have nothing to say to her. I already told her that I am not interested. The only I want is sitting before me already. She cannot compare to you so better for her to stop now than for me to right out say it to her face that as long as you exist, she doesn't stand a chance. Even if you weren't here, she still doesn't stand a chance. I'd never go for someone so easy like her." Lucien said as he looked at the lasagna in front of him and smiled. Of hos he loved lasagna and garlic bread.

He chuckled when Connor said that it didn't bother him. "Guys don't like you? I find that hard to believe, Cherub. What can they not like about you? You are simply perfect. But I am glad still that they didn't see you. How else would you end up here with me if you were with someone else?" he asked with a smile. Connor should never be left walking anywhere alone. Ever. Then when Connor's words 'I like you and you've got me blushing a lot' hit Lucien, he just smiled wider. "Well, if it makes you feel better, I seem to have fallen for you as well, cherub. Fast yes, but we shall have time to get to know each other for sure." he reassured Connor that this was not a one-sided feeling.

Even though the sad ending wasn't funny, Connors couldn't help but laugh. He hoped that they too didn't have to go through the dramatics of being together, difference was, his own family wouldn't mind him being together with Lucien, they would just tell him to be careful. But really, the blonde didn't think that his parents would really stop him, if they did, he would listen, he didn't want to disappoint them. They were his family, but as his family, he could see them wanting him to be happy. "I think we're safe with that, I don't really have any spare potions laying around anyway."

Smiling a little, when Lucien reassured him that he was not interested in their young waitress, maybe it was mean of him, but Connor liked having someone's attention for a change. Well, positive attention in the least. Looking down at his food, he cut a slice of the pizza, and took a bite, loving the taste of the melted cheese on his tongue. Even though he could see Lucien had his own food, he slide his own over to the other boy, "You have to try some of this. There's a reason I loved this place, it's pretty basic, but their food...oh Merlin, it's paradise in your mouth." Connor smiled, taking a few seconds before he realized how his words sounded. The blushed spread over his face quickly, "Gah, uhm, I didn't..it came out really..It wasn't supposed to be..well, sorry."

Connor wasn't sure he'd ever stop smiling around Lucien, the boy just made him feel like he was on top of the world. All the attention was more than Connor had ever gotten before and the compliments, it was just too much. The blonde didn't know how to handle it, he wanted to try and get a hold of himself, and every time he thought he did..he didn't. "I mean, they aren't like me. I don't know..this one boy, he noticed me. I don't think he liked me very much. I ran into him in the hallway, kinda like I did with you..I, uhm, I'm kinda clumsy I guess. But, I don't think he would have come to a place like this with me." Connor didn't know Almir very well, but he knew about his family, he didn't think that a pureblood like that would want to come to a muggle town like this one.

Fallen for him? Connor wasn't even sure what to say to that. Maybe he just was over exaggerating. Maybe that was it. Even though the taller boy didn't socialize very much, he didn't it was possible to fall for someone in just a few hours. He opened his mouth to tell Lucien, that maybe they should hold off on that, but when the boy smiling so kindly at him, Connor didn't have the heart to do so. "I...I'd like to get to know you. But, uhm, why do you call me that?" Even though he understood the meaning of the word, he didn't understand why the other boy would use such a delicate word for him. It made him feel good in a way and confused in others, even though he asked, secretly, Connor hoped that he didn't stop.

Lucien smiled at Connor. He knew that at one point, the news of him finding someone would reach his brothers and Lucien had to prepare for anything and everything they would dish out. Lucien had just met Connor, true. But as the minutes pass, the blushing and shy Ravenclaw endeared himself more to Lucien without even trying. "Glad to know then." he joked and chuckled.

They both began to eat and Lucien watched as Connor took a bite of his pizza. It looked so adorable that Connor seemed like a child who had been given a gift from the heavens. And when Connor described the taste and blushed hard, Lucien couldn't help but laugh. Oh! His cherub was so adorable! Without answering, Lucien took Connor's hand that was holding the pizza slice, pulled it closer to him as Lucien himself leaned forward and took a bite from Connor's hand. He then pulled back, releasing Connor's hand and chewed. He looked thoughtful for a few moments before he swallowed and smiled. "Your right, it is good. The flavor melts in your tongue and as you swallow the whole thing, the flavors get stronger before disappearing." he commented, leaving out the teasing part to not make Connor uncomfortable.

Lucien listened as Connor explained about this other person that noticed him as well. Deep inside Lucien's mind, he was glad that whoever it was, didn't look at Connor the way Lucien did. "Your 'clumsiness' as you put it got us here. So I don't mind. Its quite endearing really. It fits you as a whole. Your shyness makes your adorable and it makes me smile when you blush." Lucien shared, glad for whatever tripped Connor at WWW.

He chuckled. "Relax. I did say that we'd get to know each othe. Its too soon, I know that perfectly. But its how I feel. Your not like the other few males I have met who would have done even the most back handed deals just to get me to look at them and give them the time of day. You... you just stood out on your own to me. Nothing special and you have offered me sanctuary when you didn't have too. You have a kind heart and it is pleasing to see such a person as you existing." Lucien explained with a soft smile as he then picked up his fork. With a chuckled, he explained. "As for the name... to me, your a cherub. An angel."
