It is the darker version of the Leaky Cauldron. Starry Prophesier is a bar and an inn for guests. It's neither safe nor sanitary. Being located in the Alley, it has it's doors open to all kinds of darker wizards and witches. Be careful and watch what your drinking, you might not wake up in the same bed you rented.
