He grimaced, "Yeah, me too. And believe me, he is stronger than you'd imagine." He's not as vicious as You-Know-Who" Donovan really did frighten Connor, but he wasn't nearly as bad as Lord Voldemort. Connor winced as he thought of his last visit to the Malfoy residence.

"No, not really." He ran a hand through his hair and chuckled. "The demonic followers of The Dark Lord read bedtime stories and played with a child? Can't wait to bring that up." He smirked.

"It's really just the inner circle that's like that now. All of them want to prove to our new master that they're the biggest and baddest. It's pathetic really." He turned up his nose at the thought of his sniveling coleauges

"Hm. Interesting. I'm curious if my mother knows anything about that new lord....but she never was one of the death eaters, and with my father, aunt and uncle dead. I guess she'll try to stay away, especially with the twins being so young."
'And with her new guy being a Hogwarts professor', she thought to herself, an unhappy look crossing her face.

She smiled. "Yeah, it does sound weird. But my dad always took really good care of me, and my uncle would let me ride his broom. Aunt Bella actually let me play with her hair a lot, and she was the one with the bedtime stories. I really miss them." Ceres sighed.

Snorting, she said:" Some of the ones serving Lord Voldemort were rather pathetic as well. Do you think this new lord has a chance to accomplish what his father couldn't? He, at least, doesn't have the Boy Who Lived to thwart him."
