Rolling his eyes, Connor couldn't help but laugh too though. "That's harsh Lucien. What if you couldn't put it or hurt the kid? I hear Hufflepuffs are fragile things..like Gryffindors." Bumping his shoulder into Lucien's with a smile, so that his boyfriend knew he was joking. He took another bite of the salad, he hoped the rest of his classes were doing okay even if he was probably failing Animus's class. "Maybe you can duel me then sometime hot shot, I mean, like you said, you're ever so talented." Kissing Lucien's cheek again, this time though, he leaned his head on Lucien's shoulder, nuzzling into his neck.

"Thank for talking to him too, I didn't know when I was going to be able to catch him...and I really don't want another detention." Really, he didn't, Connor looked up a little into his boyfriend's neck, he started to kiss the open skin, hoping that it was okay.

Lucien was glad that Connor was laughing and smiling despite the horrid day. He then mockingly protested. "Hey! I'll have you know that Gryffindors aren't fragile. We're tough and hard as steel." he said proudly as Lucien puffed his chest a bit. "Besides, he had it coming. Everyone knows I'm the pyro of our year since fifth year." he added as he chuckled. He didn't know if Connor knew though.

When Connor challenged him, he smirked. "I'll be showing you then Cherub. I have mad skills." he said as he cackled jokingly. He was good in duelling and as far as Lucien knew, he was the best in his house. He didnt know about the other houses but he'd love a duel when it presented itself.

He nodded to the other. "Yes, I do hope you don't get any more detentions. I don't like the fact that your losing points for your house because your teacher is strange and wont let you go." he said with a sigh as he took another bite of his meal. But it all changed when Connor's lips touched his neck. A shiver ran up Lucien's spine which made him hold his fork tighter. "Hmmm... C-c-Connor?" he called out, wondering what brought it out. Not that he didn't like it. He just didn't want Connor to do anything against his own will.

Laughing again, shaking his head at how macho his boyfriend was, but he let it go not wanting to push that any further. Boys got pretty stange in proving it. So Connor moved to the next topic, the duel. "I know more spells than you do babe, I'm feeling pretty good about this." The smirk was playful and fake, he didn't duel much, but he knew magic. He knew the spells and the defense charms, he knew more then enough to be able to duel, so Connor was pretty confident.

Ignoring the bit about his teacher, not wanting to even think about that anymore, wanting to just enjoy the rest of the night he had with his boyfriend. When Lucien started to slip up in his name, Connor grinned a little, but continued what he was doing, letting his tongue flicker out a little, he didn't know how far was far, but he was going to test this out. He's seen couples do it, so maybe Lucien would like it too? He hoped so, by the way the first time he ever heard the confident Gryffindor stutter.

Lucien chuckle at Connor's reply. "But I have more experience in duelling, Cherub. When the time comes, we'll just see who would win: the one who know more spells or the one with more experience? Seems like a worthy duel, don't you think?" he asked as he winked and chuckled. He'd go easy on Connor if it came to such.

Lucien swllowed hard as he dropped his fork on the plate, the echo could be heard clearly. Connor was teasing and Lucien was holding back. He shuddered when he felt the tongue once more. A growl came from his throat as Connor kept up with what he was doing. For someone so shy, Connor was so naughty and such a tease! "Ch-cherub... I hope you know... that myself control has its limits... are you testing that one out?" he said in between breathes. Damn Connor was so amazing that Lucien had to old back so much to not scare the other.

Humming in response, Connor moved his hand over Luicen's stomach, before he pulled his head away from his boyfriend's neck, and just decided to lean on it instead. "I'm sorry if I'm pushing you past your limits, I'll try to remember that next time." Connor teased him, he was smiling, but Lucien couldn't see that from their angle. Everything was just perfect. Looking at the food Lucien had prepared for tonight, Connor didn't want to be rude by wanting to skip it and he was hungry, so he looked behind them. "Why don't we share a plate and go sit in one of the chairs, we can..uhm, well, cuddle..and eat. If you want to. Just an idea." Connor got embarrassed about asking, it was odd to ask about cuddling, he started to stutter asking his question.

"We don't have to, I was just, well, thinking since how we're sitting now and you had this brought up. It would just be easier...but I know you worked hard on this, I'm not trying to rush this. I really do like how this is going.." Connor started to get worried that he was making a mess of this, when it was really obvious all the work his boyfriend had put into this.
