Daj had thought that being a cursebreaker for Gringott's would be fun. Well, it wasn't fun now. The goblins were ruthless and Daj was finding it out the hard way. Though they claimed that it was because it was the fastest way to teach Daj the shortcuts, it didn't mean that they weren't enjoying the torture sessions they mask as lessons. He was now on break and was sitting on the steps of the bank, looking at the people who were passing by. All of them made Daj want to sneer. They were so carefree that he wanted to make them see that life wasn't all that great as they made it out to be.



But he just sighed and dropped his head down. There was no way he would risk getting reprimanded by the goblins for being an idiot. If there was one thing Daj wasn't, he wasn't an idiot. He knew that the Light would not be winning if they still kept pretending that everything was alright now. He could feel it: the feeling of a big change coming. And when it did come, he wondered if the Light would be able to fight this one off. I wonder indeed... he spoke out loud to himself.
