If you want to a loyal follower to Donovan, if you want to play both sides, if you want to join the fight, here's where you get the death eater template.
This is just to show who runs in which groups, Donovan will never say "Rank 2 go here." Nor will it be an actual name. The ranks of the death eaters will be known easily.
Inner Circle - The right hand of Donovan, the people he trusts the most, they are the brightest and the strongest. This will need to be okay'd with me beforehand, there will only be a max of 7 members for the inner circle. If you already have a character already in the inner circle, you cannot apply for another.
Rank 1 - The group right below the inner circle. They may assist the inner circle in missions and ideas/opinions might be asked, but it will not be held in high regard than the inner circle.
Rank 2 - The group right below Rank 1, they are the ones who go on the most missions on the field, they are the ones who are sent out to do the dirty work and get tested over and over again.
Rank 3 - The group right below Rank 2, they are the newest members. The ones who need training, young or old. Age does not matter, it's about experience and smarts.
