The Babysitter :Daj and Family:

[Alex Dean Andrews]

Alex paced in the living room, dressed up for their date. He was not liking this idea, not even a little bit. He didn't know know this guy, and this guy was going to babysit his kids. Knowing that he told Casey that he would allow this Daj guy to watch his babes, he knew he had to stick through it. Looking down at the hallway, unsure if his mate was even out of the bathroom yet. Alex was still freaking out, unsure of this entire idea. He didn't understand why he could just get Jason, seriously, why shouldn't he? He knew his brother, trusted him, Casey knew him, and knew they could trust Jason. 

Groaning aloud, he finally heard a knock on the door, he turned to the hallway again, "Case!" He yelled, not wanting to be the one to answer the door, because he knew he wouldn't be able to stop himself from sending the guy home, wherever that was. Forcing himself to move to the kitchen so that he didn't say anything to Daj just yet, or maybe they should talk outside, so they didn't scare the kids.

Groaning again, Alex walked to the door, opening it. 

[Daj Arcanum]

Daj was sighing as he walked up the steps of the house where Casey lived with his husband and kids. He still didn't know why he was doing this. Yeah, he pissed Casey off and he was paying for it now. But really? Babysitting? Daj and kids don't mix. At all. He just hoped that the 'kids' he would be looking after wasn't kids kids... like toddlers. Because that would suck. He knocked on the door and saw someone who wasn't Casey.

This must be the husband.

"Good evening. You must be Casey's husband, Alex Andrews. I'm Daj. The babysitter." he said with a bit of humiliation then dropped his head a bit. Casey was going to pay him back if this lasted more than two hours.

[Alex Dean Andrews]

Raising an eyebrow as he looked over the boy in front of him, oh great, another teenager. Just what they needed. Alex already didn't like this idea, but he liked the idea even less now. As soon as the boy hung his head though, Alex knew there was something up and he didn't like it. "Don't sound so disappointed, from my understanding is you wanted to do this? Or am I missing something?" Alex was not going to let his kids be 'babysat' by some idiot who didn't even want to be here in the first place, because that would only result in bad behavior towards his kids.

"And, yeah, I'm Alex. You ever babysat kids before? How old are you anyway?" Alex started to grill quickly, not even moving aside to let the boy in. Maybe he should at least tell Jase to check over here, plus they'd only be gone a few hours. Merlin, a few hours. It took Alex less than 10 minutes with Dylan with his bare hands to choke and throw the teen. Suddenly, Alex felt more safe leaving Josh to babysit. That was saying a lot.

[Daj Arcanum]

Daj had been warned by Casey that Alex Andrews would be a bit strict about their children so it was understandable. He sighed. "Your wife thinks that I need to be punished for thinking that having kids is easy. He also said that 'babysitting' would give me the chance to see what its like.... to have kids that is." he explained a bit then rubbed the back of his head.

"I'm 23, Sir. And I have not really taken care of toddlers before. Are your kids toddlers? Casey didn't really explain much." he said as he hoped to high Heaven that the kids weren't toddlers.

Casey didn't explain and his kids were test subjects. Growling, Alex just moved away from the doorway, not closing it but heading down the hallway to where his mate was. "Casey! Damn it, what the blood fuck? Tell him to leave, right the fuck now. He knows zip about kids, and you didn't even tell him about the kids. Therefore you know zip about this kid, tell him to leave, because this is beyond bullshit Casey." Alex was not pleased with idea to begin with, everything was making it worse. The new kid didn't know anything about kids and now Alex was supposed to trust him, with his own? Hell to the fuck no.

"I'm more open to Josh being the babysitter than letting this guy come inside my house. Do you understand that? I want Josh to babysit Chelsey, over this guy." While Josh was smart, he was not a grown up nor could take care of his sister for a few hours. Alex glared, he was excited, he made reservations for this place, he wanted to take Casey somewhere nice and make a good night for him, but this Daj guy. No, Alex didn't like him.

"When the fuck did you become my wife? Only I can say shit like that." Alex added for good measure.

[Casey Sam Richards]

Casey heard most of the conversation before Alex called him. He sighed as he came out of his office, fixing his jacket on. "Daj your an idiot! Daj knows how to take care of kids. His just not good with toddlers. Josh and Chelsey aren't toddlers, Alex. And Daj, lie to my mate one more time I will hurt you." Casey warned as he eyes Daj byt the door. he then walked to stand next to Alex and sighed.

"Daj, you promised you'd do this for me. Besides, I heard you told Alex you have no experience, I will hurt you for that. You already met Josh and and I highly doubt he'd like it when you called him toddler just now." he said before turning to Alex and smirked. "Relax. Daj is just being an idiot. That's all. And I thought we were good as married. Your the husband, I'm the wife. Or am I wrong?" he asked with a raised brow as he turned to the stairs.

"Josh! Chelsey! We're leaving now. Your sitter is here!" he called as he kept his wallet and wand safely.

--Let Alex post then Daj then the kids: Chelsey then Josh. In that order.

Alex was not amused, not even a small smile came over his lips at this point. He didn't want the guy here, jokes like that weren't okay right now. Sure Alex would laugh about it later, but while he was already irritated about the situation, no, not a good time for jokes. "I don't like this idea Casey." Alex finally said again, though he was sure that Casey got that point already.

Watching the exchange between Daj and Casey, Alex only narrowed his eyes again, but he ignored it mostly until Casey turned to him. "It's one thing when I say that, it's whole different ball park when some kid I don't even want here makes comments like that." Alex said bluntly without even a regard for Daj, Alex was pretty sure in another world where his kids weren't being babysat by teenagers that he didn't know, he would be nicer person. But right now, he was giving his kids to strangers, and he didn't like it.

When Casey went to get the kids, Alex moved his eyes to Daj, "One thing thing happens to my kids, I'm going to feed you to my wolf." Alex didn't even care if Daj knew what Alex was talking about, if it was a pet wolf or if he knew the truth. He didn't care, but he left it at that. Waiting for Casey to show again. "I suggest you put lying in with my kids safety as well." Alex didn't even look at Daj that time, having to have said his peace.

[Daj Arcanum]

Daj sighed when Casey came and said he was lying. Then he rubbed his head ahead. CAsey would hurt him and it would be painful. "Sorry..." he apologized to Casey really. Then Casey reminded him about his promise which made him sigh and nodded. "I know... I know..." he murmured under his breath, knowing well that both would be able to hear him well. He didn't see it a problem what the couple were. He was amazed actually that both managed to hide it for so long.

Then when Casey left him with Alex who warned him, Daj swallowed hard. "Of course, Sir. Dully noted." he answered calmly but he was sweating inside his mind. He just hoped that the night won't be so hard.

[Chelsey Lynn Andrews]

"Coming Papa!" Chelsey yelled as she finished putting her bow on Calex, she ran out down the hallway to where her Papa and Daddy were, when she stopped seeing a new face. Chelsey didn't really meet a lot of new people, but her Daddy said she would be meeting a lot of new people really soon. Stopping in the hallway, she starred at Daj, "Who are you?" She asked bluntly, wasn't Daddy and Papa leaving? Why were they having people over if they were leaving?

"I'm already to go to Uncle Jason's, I got my toys in my bag and my clothes too! I picked them out already so don't change them!" Chelsey ordered, she was seven now, she knew how to pick out what she wore. She didn't need any help! Giggling when Calex came in with a baby pink bow around his neck, she didn't even look up at her Daddy or Papa when the dog came into the room.

[Joshua Michael Andrews]

Josh already knew that they weren't going to their Uncle Jason's place for the night. They're papa already told him that Daj was coming to watch them. Josh wanted to argue with the fact that he was old enough to watch Chelsey know but when his Papa said no, it was final. Then he heard his dad yelling at his papa and knew that Daj was there. He already knew Daj when he and Papa had lunch and went to Gringotts a few times before. He was sitting on top of the stairs, listening to the whole thing really. He twitched when Daj called him a toddler. That will hurt Daj later tonight and Josh knew the perfect way to do so. Chelsey ran pass him and he followed with a book tuck under his arm. "His name is Dylan Alexander James Arcanum, Chels. A curse breaker from Gringotts. He'll be watching us tonight." he said as he smirked atr Daj.

He turned and rolled an eye at his sister. "We won't be going anywhere, monster. Just daddy and papa. And by the way, he called you a toddler Chels." he told his sister then turned to smirk at Daj knowing well that his sister won't take the insult Daj gave lightly. She'll get her revenge for sure and Josh was going to sit back and watch as she does. He scooped the puppy into his arms and eyes the pink ribbon. Calex was a boy not a girl for Merlin's sake! Josh walked to the living room and sit down, placing the puppy on the floor once more.
