"Lucien isn't a Slytherin, why would that even help him? Why can't you just tell me? I won't even tell Lucien, I'll just get him out of the situation before it happens so that it doesn't cause a bigger problem." Connor tired to push, he was getting someone where with his housemate, which was good. "I'm sorry for getting mad you, but this is out of hand." Connor did kinda regret being mean to her, he was older so he was supposed to be more mature, and he got mad enough to actually retaliate against the younger girl.

"I just don't want to be in the middle of their houses, think about it. Do you really want to be in the middle of that? Ravenclaw is neutral mostly, we'r more like Slytherin but most of get along better with Gryffindors. Do you really want to add our house into their chaos?" Connor countered, he didn't know what was going on, so he didn't have a better thought. Lucien getting ahold of Slytherin robes though, that completely threw Connor off, Lucien was a Gryffindor. Why would that even help him?

"The bloody prank is ridiculous, honestly, but it'd be enough to start an uproar with the two houses. I'm still not going to say what all of the details are. But just get the robes, say that Puplia told you to do this, not me."

She thought about his apology, and grinned. "It's alright, I've got a knack for pissing people off. It's why Puplia and are such good friends."

She remembered that day fondly, but this wasn't a time for reminiscing. "I'm already in the middle. I've tried as hard as I can to convince her to not do it, but to no avail. Just get the robes, you'll understand when it happens. But trust me, it will help."

Connor through his hands in the air, did this girl realize how much sense she wasn't making? Even if Connor went to Lucien and told him that Puplia talked to him, Lucien would see right through that! Puplia wouldn't talk to him, even if she did, Lucien wouldn't be too happy that Connor was talking to her. He didn't want to lie either. "I'm not going to lie to him Anne." He stated, it wasn't an option.

"You are already in the middle, but you don't have to be. Just tell me what's going to happen...or I can just get a teacher now to explain it all. Or maybe I should get Puplia in front of Lucien again, I'm sure Lucien doesn't have an issue putting Slytherin back in the negatives to figure out what's going on." Connor hated that he was threatening her, but she wasn't giving him any choice! He couldn't get her out of trouble without finding out where the trouble was coming from! And he really didn't want Lucien to get even more in the middle of this stupid trap more than he already was.

She nodded warily. "I understand. Relationships being built on trust and all that." She closed her eyes for a moment, surveying her options in such a situation. Her eyes snapped open when he threatened her. A snarl almost escaped her lips.

"Excuse me?" She said in a deathly quiet voice. "If I tell you what's about to happen, you will, undoubtedly, tell Lucien. And how exactly would you even get Puplia to come with you? She's not dim, she'd know something was up. And do you honestly think I care if Slytherin gets points taken away? It'll be your arse. Not mine." She was holding back quite a few curse words honestly. 

"I'm going to ask you not to threaten or blackmail me or my friend. I'm also going to offer you a truce, because I know that I'm pissing you off just as badly as you are me, if both of us will refrain from these snide remarks, I think we will get along for the remainder of the time before the prank. And hopefully after." She held out her hand, trying to rid her face of the sneer on it. If she could be civil, she honestly hoped the older boy could too.

"For the love of..." Connor took a breath through his nose, rubbing his eyes, he had to repeat in his head that this was only a small girl. A small girl younger than his sister. A small girl in his house younger than his sister. "I'll get Lucien than or go to that stupid boyfriend of hers, the list goes on." Connor stressed to her lightly, getting pissed off. "Fine, fine, how about our house? I don't give a damn about the House Cup, I never have the entire time I've been at this damn school, you on the other hand have 6 more years here. You will will lose your house a lot of points for being an accomplice. What is she going to do?!" Connor hissed once again, he was trying to keep himself calm with the younger year.

"Are you...bloody hell. Ravenclaw really got you mixed into the wrong house." Connor let it slip out, but he didn't apologize even if hadn't meant to actually say it to the girl. "Threaten or blackmail you or your friend? Your moronic asinine friend is being a bloody drama queen over me tripping. Bloody tripping. Now there's this stupid prank that she's trying to pull, that's obviously big enough to cause something really bad, towards my boyfriend because I BLOODY TRIPPED. Connor said getting angrier and finally snapping at Anne. "Stop the prank."

Anne pinched her nose. "I know how to earn points. Honestly. It's not like any other house is earning them. I'm not going to tell you or anyone else what the bloody prank is." She growled the last sentence.

"If you think the hat got me mixed up, you should really re-evaluate this situation. I honestly do understand that Puplia's being a major drama queen. I do. I understand that what you did was an accident. But you have to understand that that girl has a mind of her own. And if the two houses weren't so hateful towards each other, this wouldn't happen. If she were to do it to Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff, we'd be mildly irritated. I can't stop the bloody prank. I told you to get your bloody boyfriend some robes, so at least we could behave civilly towards one another. But you had to badger me about what the prank was. I've already told you that I can't stop her, try as I may." She was surprised she didn't see several house members looking at them, Connor Collins was- not only speaking- but yelling at someone else.

"And honestly, if you were bright enough, you would've figured out what the prank was by now anyways." She said, trying not to scream at her older house-mate.

"Slytherin robes. For Lucien. Yes, because that seriously tells me what she's going to do. Should he go under cover?" Connor snapped back sarcastically, because telling him to get his Gryffindor boyfriend to wear Slytherin robes, was not only out of the question but stupid. Why would he ask Lucien to do that without giving the boy a reason? Connor couldn't just ask him to blind, all the other boy would do was laugh and refuse. "Civil went out the window when you decided to get complicated." Connor glared at Anne, giving in.

"Fuck it. Whatever your friend does, I guess I don't care. If it starts something bigger, good luck to her for the next to years. Good luck to her boyfriend for the next three. And you for the next six. Me and Lucien, we have to finish out this year. Think about it, she's pulling our house into this mess, you really want to get a rivrally going with Ravenclaw?" Connor countered, but held up his hands, fuck this shit. He'd talk to Lucien, warn him, probably a Professor too and when something happens, everyone will already know who had done it.

"Thanks for your time, if you can't talk her out of it and she's not going to back down, instead of giving her my apology that I originally asked you to give her, I have nothing to say to her." Connor went back around Anne to go find a Professor and then find Lucien. Or reverse. Whichever one he found first. As he walked he convinced himself that hexing the younger girl was a bad idea. That hexing Puplia was a bad idea. Over all, anything that was standing in front of a Professor and or Lucien, was just a bad idea.

She blocked the boy's way. "I didn't say get him to wear them. Clean out your ears arsehole. I said get them to him. I swear it will make sense when it happens. Shove them in his closet or something. I don't really care, but I know if a prefect of one of the houses gets part of the prank, there will be more hell to pay. And if he finds out that you could've done something to cushion the blow, I have a hunch he's going to be a tad miffed at you. " She was getting fed up with this.

"If I made anything complicated I do apologize." She said trying to keep the malice out of her voice.

"Oh, and you do realize there's 7 years not 8 right?"

"This year just stared, so that's one. Next year is two. Puplia has two years. This is year is one, and Dean has two more years. That's three years. You have this year, and the next four years. You have 5 years left." Connor stopped and turned his to the side to look behind him, but didn't turn his body all the way around. He couldn't even see Anne from where he was looking, but he turned his head so that she could hear him as he spoke. "So yes, I'm aware. But if she starts something that can't be undone and your apart of it, wonder how long you'll even be in the school."

Connor pushed open the doors to leave the Common Room, he hoped that this was over and done with soon. It hadn't even happened completely yet, and Connor was more than ready to be done with everything.
