Appearance: Crystal is 4'9". She’s 112 lbs, so she’s average for her height to weight. Her hair is very light brown, in the sun it’s has a slight red tint to it. Her hair falls straight and flat to her chest and mid-back, she doesn't bother curling it because the look never stays longer than 20 minutes. Crystal's eyes are what most call, mood eyes, since they change color. On average they are normally a chocolate brown color, with light reflecting against them, she has a noticeable almost green colored eyes. Crystal tans very easily, she doesn't stay in the sun very long worried that her normal tan will darken too much for her liking. She takes a lot of care in what she wears on a day to day basis, she isn’t one to wear something that is styled to have holes nor will she wear something that has a holes in the item into public. Crystal wears t-shirts, and skinny jeans but she loves her black knee high boots. She owns dresses, but unless it’s a formal affair she won’t be wearing one, not that she doesn’t want to she just prefers her jeans.



Likes: Singing, talking with friends, charms, hanging out with her mom, and herbology



Dislikes: Potions, care of magical creatures, being around people who are too open makes her uncomfortable



Character History: Crystal grew up knowing just her mother, her father was never in the picture. It was something that Crystal had wanted, but she understood it wasn't something her mother could give her. While growing up it was hard without a dad sometimes when her friends had them, Crystal understood that her mother was all she was going to need.

She was able to make friends, go to school, and have her mother with her to be her best friend as much as her parent. So while she had some days wished she had a dad, it wasn't always on her mind. When she got to Hogwarts, Crystal didn't really know how to make friends, but it came easily to her after awhile. As classes started, she found that she really enjoyed her charms class, it was interesting to her to learn how everything worked and how everything was simply in a book.

Reading a lot more during the summers then she used to, Crystal found that when she couldn't practice her magic with her wand outside of school, it was just as interesting to read about it and take notes. Crystal did that in her free times over the school years, but she did more with her wand while in school, wanting to take adventage while in school to still go magic.



Family History:Anouk was born to a witch and wizard who were both muggle-born. She grew up in a loving home with her parents. When starting Hogwarts, she was sorted into Hufflepuff House. Her favourite subjects were Transfiguration and Charms. She also enjoyed being artistic, especially photographing. When she was seventeen, her parents both died during a crash of a muggle plane.

Two years later, she had become a photographer and was looking for a job in London. She didn't find one, but met a man in a nightclub. Seven weeks later, Anouk knew she was pregnant, with no idea who the father of her unborn baby was. She only knew his first name, Tim.

At 19, without a job, she didn't know what to do, but finally decided to keep the baby. She started working in several odd jobs to at least earn enough money to get her through her pregnancy and the first months with her little daughter. When her daughter was seven years old, Anouk got lucky and secured a job at the Daily Prophet. Even though she had to work at odd hours, she felt much better without the pressure of worrying that she might not be able to pay their bills.

Her daughter received her Hogwarts letter at elven, and was thrilled to go. Anouk misses her a lot when she is at school. But she found that she can concentrate on her job a lot better, and staying out at night to work or relax is also a lot easier without a child to take care of at home. Still, they both really enjoy holidays, in which Anouk works as little as possible.
