Almir Rochester
Age: 16
Birthday: August 12 1982
Appearance Almir is known for his long brown think hair, it is his pride. Though his parents always tell him to cut it when he returns.He wishes to grow a beard when his farcical hair allows him to. Almir isn't short,(178 cm/5ft 9, still growing) and really quite muscled. Also he has his father’s Brown eyes. Despite the judgement of his family, Almir likes to wear muggle clothes, his favourites are a baggy army printed trouser and a shirt Iron Maiden or Metallica, or any of his other favourite bands. He always wears leather bracelets and boots. Even when wearing his school uniform he wears them. Also he often wears a leather necklace with a silver pendant of Thor's hammer. He never wears the school uniform the way it should be worn. Usually his shirt is just hanging out and the tie is sometimes missing or half done.
Character History
Almir grew up with two elder siblings and a younger one. Falling a little in between, he often received but a little attention. Milton being the eldest got all the pride of their parents, Marissa being the only daughter also received her time with her parents. And little Fabian just got spoiled and was their parents favourite. Despite receiving the least attention, he parents expect him to do as they wish. Despite his family opinions, Almir doesn’t give a crap about blood purity and says it is as fake as the tooth fairy. Though his father once hit him for being cheeky.
Because of his interests in things that totally weren’t accepted by his family, Almir kept this all hidden from the family. In his second year he bought a guitar from the money his parents gave to buy school stuff from and kept it at Hogwarts, never to take it home. Because he knew that if he did, his parents would destroy it.
He also has many muggle clothes which either remain home or are taken by his best friends. Often he gets into arguments about his bad school grades and such, despite being quite intelligent. Almir prefers having joy, playing guitar, and sports above his school stuff. So sometimes his grades aren’t that good. He both practices Quiddich as several material arts and often just runs or lift weights to be in perfect shape.
Always has he been kind of like the rebel of the family. Well only at school, there he always hangs out with the cool kids and is very flirty with girls. At Hogwarts he is pretty loud, cocky and in trouble. There are but a few classes which interest him, those are Care of Magical Creatures, Mythology and Charms. There are several elective courses he likes though. In contrast of the outgoing boy he is at school, he is often quiet when he is with his family. Afraid to have a wrong opinion, he keeps most of his things to himself. Though he does talk to his friends from time to time.
Because there are some family members at Hogwarts, he will be a little careful around them or make sure that they don’t tell his parents.
Family History
The purity of the Rochester family is almost extinct. The last pure line is the one of Thonan Rochester and his wife Daratris Rowle. Despite having four children they only got one son, Udian. The third child of the last Rochester line. His eldest sister Wanda was a blood traitor and married a half blood man, together they got two sons and a daughter but the Rochester family didn’t care for her anymore. His second sister married a pureblood man and both became death eaters. She married a pureblood man but got no children. Victoria killed her elder sister in 1996. Udian his younger sister Bristine married a pureblood man and they got three daughters and one son.
Udian saw it as his task to regain the glory of the Rochester family. His father arranged a marriage with a girl from the daughter of a great pure blood family.
Udian was attracted to her at first sight, she totally managed to play her way around him. She allured him into breaking up with his fiancé, which angered the other pure blood family. While his parents were angry in the beginning, once they met Cicelie, they were actually proud of their son. She was simply beautiful and any man could wish on marrying her.
Just like his elder sister, Udian joined the Death Eaters in 1970 only to quit in 1977 when his first child was born. Perhaps it was meant to be because two years later their daughter was born and a year after the war their third child was born. If he still was a death eater at that time, he would have risked a high chance of getting sent to Azkaban.
Despite that Cicelie barely shows that she cares for anyone, she really does. Both she and her husband expect their children to do good. If they would act different than expected they would blame themselves for being bad parents.
