Listening to what Casey had said, Alex didn't acknowledge it with words. He merely raised an eyebrow, his mate, the most well thought out person he knew, nearly had a apperation accident? Alex didn't believe that for even a second. He didn't even acknowledge Dylan with anymore than a head nod, because Alex didn't believe that this would be kept a secret either. Thinking about it, no, he didn't really care what people thought of him in most ways, but he didn't want anyone to see him as some whipping boy either. Blinking, he looked at Casey, he held out his hand and pulled his mate to him as he apperated them both back home. When they did get home, Alex let go of Casey nearly immediately.
"I'm sorry." In a way Alex wasn't even sure what he was sorry for, he was sorry for making a fool of himself. He was sorry he cheated. He was sorry Dylan was there. He was sorry that he didn't put any effort into making that situation end sooner than it did. "I think I owe you a drink now." Alex attempted to joke, a small smile on his face, it was his own way of pretending he was fine. He embarrassed, and a male's pride was something that shouldn't be messed with. But Alex needed to let it go in order to make things obvious for his mate, his beta, that Alex did really only want him. Dylan was just a boy, and it was nothing.
Going into the kitchen, he did bring out two bottles from the cooler, he handed it to Casey, "Movie?" Alex didn't know what he wanted to do, but he didn't want to think about the bar anymore. He didn't want to go mega alpha because that would mean acknowledging it. The elder male moved to the couch, falling back on it, not even hinting that he wanted to talk about the bar, he didn't know if he did really either. Looking up with a cocky grin, "Come on gorgeous, come sit with me."
