"As you can imagine, Draco, I don't want to talk about that women anymore. Narcissa no longer holds any ground here. Bellatrix..she and my father, well, they..I heard about her. I've only ever seen her a few times. They weren't in their clear minds, I question how it was Narcissa and not her many many times Draco, but I let it go. Bellatrix will need to as well." He didn't understand how it came to be Narcissa, how Bellatrix was not the one who had fallen pregnant with child, but Donovan wasn't going to find an answer.

"If I were to guess, father wanted her to himself." Donovan looked to Draco, because he had no answer. To the older male, it would have made sense if the ex-Dark Lord had wanted his most trusted to be his and only his, because once a child comes to play..who's to say the child won't come first? "My father failed in whom he chose as a child bearer, he wanted to keep his most trusted, trusted. If she was the one to have been with child, he would have lost her. Then the fact that women made him everything...any threat of competition was eliminated Draco." In a short, Donovan assumed the Dark Lord assumed that Bellatrix would either take over the son or kill the son, either would have caused downfall. Irony.

"I hate to say it, bt his choice seemed to be the wrong one. But just by being the Dark Lord's son, you can count on Bellatrix giving everything she is to support you."

"I know you don't want to talk about her, but...will you do anything to Mo...Narcissa or will you just leave her alone?" Draco's feelings toward his mother were mixed at best. Still, he didn't want Donovan to kill her. Not out of concern for the woman, but Donovan shouldn't have to bother. She was simply not worth the risk.

He was silent for a moment, thinking about everything they had talked about.
"You know, the more I think about it, the more it seems there is something...off with the timing of Maria's offer." he finally said slowly.

The curiosity was obvious, "What to you mean?" Donovan didn't want his brother to be a vampire, by any means, but he didn't want to be left in the dark when this vampire came looking for his little brother either. "She wouldn't have known about this would she? You wouldn't have said anything right Draco?" Donovan said getting suspicious, this wasn't something he wanted those disgusting half-breeds knowing about. He didn't want most purebloods knowing about this, they were just as double-crossing as the next person, if not more so.

"Draco..Look, it's obvious..that killing her would be ill advised for the time being. I don't hate her, I distrust her. I distrust her because of the many things that happened when the Dark Lord was around, I distrust Narcissa and now, because of recent choices, I have to question if I can trust you. And you are the person I trust the most out of anyone." Donovan didn't care how much of the bad guy he came across as, he didn't care how much Draco refused to understand where he stood, but he needed to know 100% that he could lean back on Draco if he needed to, with him questioning being a creature of blood lust only minutes ago, made Donovan worry.

Sighing, Draco was the single most important person in his life, his mother was followed down by that, but now, Donovan felt nothing buy anger and hurt by the women. Draco, while worried him, Donovan couldn't ever find him to actually hate his little brother. "I will, accept Bellatrix. I don't like it, and it worries me, but I trust you enough to know her. If this falls back, then it's on you to help me clean it up. Understand?" Donovan said, giving his brother responsibility to what was going to happen. "Me, you, and if she's as loyal as you say, then we should be able to build this bigger and better. Can I trust you to not walk away?" He looked at Draco, offering him not only to stand right next to him, but to help him lead these people. Their people.

"Don't get me wrong, I don't want to be changed. But I wonder why she would offer it now, and why she changed her mind so suddenly. I had asked her a number of times, and she always refused. So why now?"
"She doesn't know about this, I never told her anything about you. I promised I'd keep it to myself, and I keep my promises."

He took Donovan by his shoulders and forced his brother to look into his eyes. "You can always trust me, Donovan. I'd never harm you, or deceive you, or do anything behind your back. And I'm glad I talked to you about that whole vampire business, it was a very bad idea. I see that now."
"I will always have your back and give everything I am to support and protect you and the cause and I will never walk away." he added.
"Bellatrix will also give everything for you and the cause. You may question her methods, they may be a bit idiosyncratic at times, but she does everything for you. Just trust in that."
He thought for a moment. "Yeah, we will build the best. We will be the Golden Trio."

"You asked a number of times." Donovan repeated, knowing now this was going to be in the back of his head for a very long time, if it did ever go away. "But I do get what you're saying, that is odd. Do you see what I'm saying now? There's obviously more to it then doing you the favor of granting your request Draco."

Taking his hand up, when Draco gripped his shoulders, he moved his hand to his the back of his brother's neck. He put his forehead on Draco's, looking towards the ground, nothing more then the brotherly closeness. "Good. I don't know what I do if you turned your back on me too Draco, I really don't." Giving his younger brother's neck a gentle squeeze before be let him go, pulling away, he let out a sigh looking towards the house. They had a lot of work to do, so just where did they start?

Giving a small smile, "Somehow, I can't see us as anything golden for what were about to do. More like the Darken Three if you want a name for it." Not like anyone would know but the two brothers anyway. "I will try to trust her, but if you haven't noticed, I've trusted a few too many who turned against me." He thought of his mother specifically, he hoped he never saw the women again, but he knew that was unlikely.
